Janko Nikolic advises clients on complex corporate/commercial, banking/finance, projects/infrastructure, energy/resources and foreign investment matters.

Janko is a dual qualified English/Australian lawyer who has advised on some of the most significant projects/infrastructure and M&A deals in Central and Eastern Europe/South East Europe.

Janko Nikolic has published several articles in legal journals and legal publications and lectured on corporate law, corporate governance and legal risk management at one of the world’s top 100 universities.

Janko is a Member of the Law Society of England and Wales.

Dr. Kirk A. Lovric

Solicitor (England and Wales)

Kirk’s practice focuses on infrastructure, energy, and resources projects in emerging markets.

He has two decades of experience in infrastructure, energy, and resources. He was a policy adviser in the public sector before becoming a lawyer. Today, he is a senior project finance lawyer with a focus on public-private partnerships (PPPs).

Kirk is a Solicitor of the Senior Courts of England and Wales, and he speaks English and Serbian.

Siniša’s practice focuses on international business modeling, business development, and strategic and competitive intelligence.

He holds a Doctorate in International Business and Economic Diplomacy (DBA, London/Warsaw) and has over twenty years of experience across international organisations, banking and the energy sector, including senior management roles at UniCredit, Raiffeisen Bank, and Modriča Oil Refinery.

He lectures at Apsley Business School London and is a Visiting Lecturer at the American University in the Emirates, Dubai, focusing on international business, diplomacy and critical infrastructure.
